Question
How to take apart the output shatf on the on a rack in pion steering

Answer
take the four bolts that attach the cable to the helm off and the rack and cable should come down....If it is an older unit you may have to replace the helm also for a correct fit....there is a steering kit available for the unit it comes with the cable helm and all need ed hardware except the steering wheel....You need to measure the old cable to get the correct one..
