Question
I have a Quicksilver commander 3000 control on my boat. The Throttle only button is stuck "in". I can only rev motor,prop will not engage. Any ideas?
the control must come apart..there is a plastic piece that will be broken..
You will have to take the control apart...move the handle forward and backwards and look for a allen screw that holds the handle on...then remove the three bolts that hold it in place then take it apart...there is a plastic piece ( like a ball socket that is broken...
