i have a 94 150 hp mariner magnum that keeps cutting out on idle replaced sprk plgs and fuel filter took it back out today could get it in gear got it up on plane and it shut down then wouldnt start up waited 20 mins it started took it to trailor took it home hooked up dog ears and it started up idling sluggish rev up and down checked fuel lines for leaks no leaks any suggestions

when idling does it cut off after a little while, if it does, keep the fuel bulb pumped up....you be the fuel pump..if buld stays firm then it could be ignition....sometime packs go bad when the warm up...goes hitting the choke do anything when it won't idle ???
