QUESTION: After putting my boat, Glastron with volvo penta OD, on the trailor, the outdrive is stuck in the up position. Can't hear any sounds when I try the trim button. Looks like all fuses are good.

ANSWER: need to know what year it is ??

there should be a fuse in the positive wire... take a volt meter and make sure the circuit breaker did not go bad....you should have 12 volts on the red wire going to the switch...and voltage on the small blue wire when in up and green in down...If that is good then check the trim relays....
