Broken Part
QUESTION: 1995 OMC Turbojet 115 inboard, I was finally able to get the exhaust outer cover and the exhaust manifold removed b/c I was getting water in cylinders 3 & 4 and figured the gaskets were shot.  Once I got the manifold off I noticed a crack in an internal part which appears to be where water is getting into the cylinders.  It looks to have 3 bolts holding it on but I don't see the part listed on any of my engine diagrams.  There is a 'Exhaust filler block replacement kit' listed, but there aren't any pics of it and it doesn't show where it is located in the diagram.  Any one know what part this is? The kit I think might have it is labeled #101 on the parts diagram.

ANSWER: the part number for the manifold is 0390015  but is NLA  no longer available....

I can supply a remanufactured block for this engine....would come with all internal parts but you would have to reinstall all bolt on items...

What is this?
QUESTION: I show part#0390015 as being the outside manifold cover in the diagram, which I have removed and is not damaged.
I also show part#032468 as being the exhaust manifold for the 115 model, I have also removed it, and it doesn't appear to be damaged as well.
Is this parts diagram wrong or am I just missing something here? Is the part that is cracked on the picture I submitted considered the exhaust manifold?

Can a welder at a machine shop repair it, maybe?

Answer
You are corrrect on the part numbers sorry about that....a welder may be able to heli-ark  but not sure it would have to be a careful weld to keep it flush...have you removed the bolts holding it yet..You will more than likely have to heat them extremely hot as not to break them...good luck if I can help any more feel free to ask...
