I just purchased a 1998 Glastron with a 4.3 inboard/outboard, its leaking water where the outboard attaches to the boat, into the boat. Is there a gasket or seal that could be bad? If so how hard is it to change?

there is a shift cable tah goes thru a bellows in the transom asssembly...if you are out the boat on the right side look for a cable and a bellows that in goes in... you should see the bellows inspect it for rips...  replace the lower shift cable and bellows...
