QUESTION: what is the initial setting for the Mixture screw and the other screw( idle ) on this engine?? my uncle messed with them now the boat wont start
ANSWER: omc outboard or stern drive ??

QUESTION: stern drive
on the carb fuel mixture screw, 1 and a half turns out from all the way in is where you start, then with the engine running turn the screw in or out a quarter turn to get the highest rpms, then sdjust the idle screw to let the engine idle about 750 rpm 500 - 800 ..
