Boat Repair/urgent question!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello there, i have a 135 hp mercury oil injected boat motor on a caribbean jaguar boat which i bought privatley, It has had the water pump replaced in the motor recently, a new impeller to go with that, and i got it home today and went to take it out on the water and it started to overheat, no water was coming out of the outlet valve, so i took it home and connected the hose to it to flush it out and i turned the motor on and got fast beeping noises coming from the control box on the boat, the oil tank on the motor has plenty of oil in it, there is plenty of fuel in it also. i have tested the thermostats and they both work also. i have cleaned out the water hoses making sure there is no gunk inside them. and still no water coming out. and i leave the motor running to give the thermostats time to open up. and still nothing and fast beeping coming when i turn the motor on. helpe meeeeeeeeeeeeeee !

you have two problems...the first, beeping from horn, constant beeping that is telling you you have an oil related problem...low oil level or the teeth on oil pump are worn out...
QAs for the overheating problem...what was going on before the pump was replaced... sounds like the water pump replacement did not go as planned.. recheck water pump, check to be sure you installed the impeller key at the impeller..and that you got the water tube connected to the pump as it is needed to be...
