Question
How many calories should a 14 year old male bodybuilder take in each day?  I have been wondering this for a long time please tell me As soon as possible

Answer
By simply existing, you use ten times the number of calories that you weigh (so for instance if you weigh 150lbs, you burn 1,500 calories by simply existing). To build muscle you need to eat protein (which helps build the muscle) and lose fat (as fat covers muscle). One gram of protein and carbohydrate contains 4 calories and one gram of fat contains 9 calories. Using this you should be to work out how many calories a day you need to ingest based on standard training regimes.
