Question
I am a 57 year old male.  I workout 5 to 6 times a week doing one bodypart a day with the exception of arms which I do bis and tris the same day.  I change my workout every month to add variety.  I would like to be able to compete someday.  Does this sound like a workout a 57 year old man should do.
