Hello sir, thank you in advance!!!!! Im a 42 year old male, quit smoking 6 months ago, im jogging 4 days a week for 3 months now, im about 30% bodyfat, above average in bodybuilding safety and knowledge and have poor genetics for size and fat loss(just stocky and athletic with small bones and that is the way it is).I know that sometimes big old school movements and lots of cream and milk and meat got tiny guys bigger(like the milk and squats program)but were there any wats to get big back then while losing fat, im not on steroids and dont want 300 grams of protien constipation in order to gain muscle and fat, im open to any old school stuff.

All I can suggest is going back to the Ancient Greek method (that seemed to serve the Spartans so well) which is simply ensure that at the end of each day you have used more calories than you have eaten. The safe limit is 2lbs per week (and as 1g of fat = 9 calories it should be easy to work out how many calories more than you have eaten you need to be). That will help the weight loss, in order to gain strength lift something very heavy a small number of times.
