Bodybuilding/for starting gym
i am going to join gym. i want know how can i get more diet ,so it better before gym or after gym .for taking food.than after finish food how long take time to rest.
I dont know your body type, so its gonna be very general advices.
I suggest you to train each bodypart once a week. After a good hypertrophia, your muscle will need 48hrs to 72hrs to repair, less if you have a very good genetic.
For myself, i train on a 4 days routine, and i do this routine each week. I train like; monday, wed, fri and saturday, with amazing results.
For your food intake, eat 1 hour before your training. After your workout, your body need at least 25G of proteins, with carbs.
For myself, i eat proteins with carbs every 3 hours exept when i sleep of course.
