I can answer 3 out of 4 of these questions.

The connection between Nick and Ridge is that they are half-brothers because Massimo is their father with different mothers.

Massimo was Stephanie's old boyfriend from College and he is also Jackie's ex-wife.

The father of Brooke's daughter Hope is Deacon who was married to her daughter, Bridget, and she ended up having an affair with him which resulted in her pregnancy with Hope.
