did rick or ridge kill grant chambers and why. rick was a young boy when this happen. please try again.

Answer
Rick shot Grant Chambers when he was a young boy because he did not want his mother, Brooke, to marry him. Ridge took the blame for it because he did not want the boy to be traumatized by what he did. Grant was not killed.  Hope this answers your question.
