Hi there, I am wondering if you could help me out. I have a friend who is a huge Bon Jovi fan and on July 31 we (11 of us) will be attending the concert in Chicago to celebrate his 30th birthday/30th concert. Is there any way to either get a Happy Birthday message on one of the big screens OR or a long shot somehow contact the PR or management team in hopes of getting a shout out from Jon himself?

I am sorry but it very hard to get these things done in shows these days.If you happen to have seats close to stage a sign is a good idea.
Concerts are planned out these days and it very hard to get artists to do things that not  included in the so called script.
You could send a letter to the venue to any of the band members .Sometimes these letters do reach the artists but whether they carry through with requests is doubtful.
