Do you know at which hotel Bon Jovi stay when they're
in Montreal and what is their fave bar/restaurant!

Sorry, no, I have no way of knowing what hotel the band will stay in, or even if they plan to stay in the city at all. They have their own jet, so there is a chance they won't stay there...
I am unclear as to whether you mean their favorite bar / restaurant in Montreal or at all. If you mean in Montreal, I have never heard or read anything they have mentioned about attending bars or restaurants in Montreal. To be honest, the band spends very little time in bars these days, as they all travel with their wives and children.
