Sorry, but I originally used the wrong email to send this question.

I remember reading a Science Fiction book called 'Fallen Dragon'. I have forgotten the authors name, and the internet is not helping. I was wondering if you knew who wrote it, and if he has written any other books?

Also, I have begun to read the Hunger Games Series, but don't know the name of the third book. You wouldn't happen to know would you?
