Question
I am moving from Tucson to Boston for work. My boyfriend and I  along with our dog are looking for some place that has a small yard for our dog to go outside. We are looking for a house or townhouse to rent. We want to spend up to $2000/mth. Is this reasonable? We are looking at moving in the North Shore region particulary around the 95/93 interchange. What do you think? Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

Answer
Hi;

sorry for the late response...here we go:

For your price range and where you want to go, $2,000 a month will get you a fine property.

when I think of North Shore, I think of areas like Quincy, Reading, Salem, places I have spent sometime, but never have i lived...

I would revert to craiglist.org to help with your search.  Things like this:

http://boston.craigslist.org/nos/nfb/727481728.html

http://boston.craigslist.org/nos/abo/724032558.html

But, for more focused searches, put some time into taking a look at apartments and houses for rent here:

http://boston.craigslist.org/

You can't go wrong...you will find a number of places you will be interested in right away, so i expect you to find EXACTLY what you need there!!!

The dog, being close to the highway, having a back yard, a condo, house, you will find what you need based on what you are going in with.

You need anymore help...just let me know.

Thanks!!
