Fabio,

Would you point me to a team roster for the 1976 Boston Celtics, preferably with photos of the players?  My daughter works for Habitat for Humanity, and she met a guy named "Dan" at one of their functions who claimed he played for the Celtics in 1976.  My daughter is not a big fan and didn't get his last name.  I'm a sports fan and am very curious as to who this guy was.

I am not sure where to find a 1976 Celtics roster on the net, so I am providing it here. I must point out, though, that there wasn't any "Dan" in that team. There was a "Don", though: Don Nelson, currently the coach of the high-flying Dallas Mavericks. You can find a pic of him at  http://www.nba.com/coachfile/don_nelson/?nav=page
The others Celtics in 1976 were: Jo Jo White, Charlie Scott, Sidney Wicks, John Havlicek, Dave Cowens, Fred Saunders, Kevin Stacom, Glenn McDonald, Tom Boswell, Ed Searcy, Steve Kuberski, Jim Ard, Paul Silas, Curtis Rowe, Jerome Anderson, Bobby Wilson, Norm Cook. I mentioned the players members of both the 1975-76 and 1976-77 roster, but as you see there's no "Dan". If you need a 1976 team picture, you can write me at legend33@libero.it.
