Hello. Could you help me, please? I have a basketball autographed by almost most, if not all, members from the '86 Celtics, plus autographs from past players and Celtics family -- M.L. Carr, Red, Johnny Most, even Chuck Connors. There's probably 40 signatures on it. It was from a Jimmy Fund auction. Any idea of the worth of this ball?

Autographed sports memorabilia is a very subjective and free-flowing business ... All I can tell you is that you should browse around sites like eBay for similar items and see what the current going rate is.

For example, I found one eBay seller offering a basketball autographed by the entire 1988-89 Celtics team for $1,300 (!)...

Considering that the '86 club was more historically relevant (and you have other members of the Celtics family such as Red and Johnny Most), I figure you could fetch a much higher price than that.
