1. John Havlicek - 30.171 (3.776);
2. Larry Bird    - 24.688 (2.897);
3. Robert Parish - 21.065 (2.820);
4. Kevin McHale  - 20.517 (3.182);
5. Bob Cousy     - 18.973 (2.018);
6. Paul Pierce   - 18.364 (1.419).

Now I am sure you understand why I picked the top six scorers instead of the five you had asked for, I think it was just fair to mention the captain of the 2008 NBA Champions....
