Question
Can you tell me who was the manufacturer of the Bill Russell era jerseys? what about the ball that was used? thanks!

Answer
Sorry, Derrick,

although I scoured the net and even asked other experts (namely the apbr.org experts, apbr being Association for Professional Basketball Research) I wasn't able to find any information about the jerseys manufacturers in the Russell era.
However, the lack of information on the matter leads me to think that every team provided its own jerseys.
The basketballs in fact were produced by Wilson, as Bill Russell used to remind his opponents when he threatened to feed them with a "Wilsonburger".
I hope this helped
