I bought 100 units of Boston Celtics Limited Partnership in 1987. The certificate is dated 02/26/87. After several changes, the entity was acquired by Henley Limited Partnership in 2008 and we received a check for $535. Now I need the cost basis and somehow I've misplaced that information. Can you tell me - or tell me how I can find - the cost basis of those units?

Comment	I knew going in that your specialty was the team, not the stock, so I am not idsappointed. It was a long shot. I think I found what I needed in a Barron's article when Henley Limited Partnership entered the picture. The article gave a brief history, including the going-in price when the Celtics units went public in 1987. Many thanks.
