I have a Tom Heinsohn basketball signed photo! I dont really know the year of it but its been certified for authenticity.I'm really just tryin to get an ideal of what its worth

I think your item's value could range between 150 and 500 dollars depending on the type of basketball (leather rather than rubber or synthetic), on the state of the signature and so on, but only if it is a certified basketball.
This business, though, is quite subjective because every fan has a different perception of the value of an item.
My advice is to browse on eBay and see how similar memorabilia are faring.
