according to the official statistics, at Indiana State he sunk 1,154 shots out of 2,165 attempts. In the NBA, in his 13 years career with the Boston Celtics, Larry Bird made 8,591 shots of 17,334 attempts in regular season and 1,458 of 3,090 shots in the playoffs, for a total of 10,049 shots canned out of 20,424 tries.
