Question
Were the Red Sox uniforms ever pinstripe or have they always been solid white?
To the best of my knowledge, through my research, I've never seen a Red Sox player in pinstripes . . . (Thank God)
I stand corrected! From 1912-1931, I'm sorry to say, they did indeed wear pinstripes. Here's the proof . . .

| Comment | Thanks for your promptness in answering my question. My daughter purchased a Red Sox baby outfit at WalMart for a friend who is expecting a baby boy. When she got home, her husband informed her that the Red Sox never had pinstripe uniforms and God forbid that she mixed it up with the Yankees. Thanks again | ||
