I recently found in my garage a Red Sox vanity plate.
I am trying to find out how old it is and when it was made.
I am also interested in how rare it might be.
It is deep red, has round logo with 2 red socks, It says
Hi Neighbor RED SOX and MASS. I think it is from the 60,s but not sure. Thank You for any assistance.
This is really out of my expertise area but, was it issued by Massachusetts' Registry of Motor Vehicles? I'd guess it wasn't because there's no registration ID. #Unless, 'Red Sox', is the issued license plate ID.# I'll try contacting the Massachusetts' Registry of Motor Vehicles headquarters.
