Boston Terriers/Boston having first litter HELP

Question
This is my Boston's first litter and my first Boston litter. She has a sack about half way out and is acting like nothing is going on. How long should I wait to see if she needs help?
Hi Debbie: Call your local vet... She should only take 10-20 minutes to deliver the pup... If not, make sure you call the vet.
She may not be dilating well enough and may need some help... YOUR vet can explain it all to you. I am sure they have an enemergancy number you can call.
