Question
I have a Boston terrier who we bred and exactly a week later we caught her locked with a rat terrier. She delivered 2 puppies (c-section). My question is one looks exactly like a Boston, but the other her hair is not as sleek as a Boston terrier and her face looks a tad different, can it be possible that 2 dogs fathered these pups? When she had them she was 67 days in with the pregnancy had it been the pregnancy from the Boston terrier and 60 days in if she would have been pregnant from the rat terrier. Thanks for any advise.

Answer
Hi Billie:  I am not the welping and breeding expert but, I believe you are correct in thinking that there could be two Dads.

Can you take your question over to our BREEDING and WELPING experts here at All experts.com..  I bet they will know for sure!

Good Luck and Have Fun!!

Marie
