Question
QUESTION: I have a 1.5 year old Boston who used to be so loving and playful.  I take him on three walks a day and we play ball in the yard all the time.  Without warning he just started to be a loner, and it seems all he wants to do is lay in the hallway looking sad and does not want to be played with.  If you cal his name he just ignores you and if you walk over to pick him up he starts to look scared and nervous.  Any help is greatly appreciated as he is my little buddy and I miss the old dog.

ANSWER: Hi Chris- yes, something is wrong here!  Please answer the following questions:
1.  Have there been any new changes in you household?  members, pets?
2.  Any new construction or remodeling??? floor, carpeting, paint?
3.  Has he been sick at all?  When was his last shots?
4.  Have you changed any of his foods or snacks?
5.  any other pets in the house?
6.  Are his poops solid and formed?

Let me know ....I am sure that we can figure this out.

QUESTION: 1.  My Fiance and I moved in together about 3 months ago.  This problem started about a month ago.
2.  There was a place outside under the desk he used to dig all the time, we put up some lattice under the deck so he could not dig under there.
3.  He had some allergies but nothing more or less than normal.  All shots are up to date.
4.  Food is the same as well as snacks
5.  No other pets
6.  it is solid, but I have noticed that he has had issues with hanging poop that comes out.

I hope that helps.

Answer
Ok, The move with the Fiance is a big change in his pack.  He needs to feel as he is part of the new pack and he needs to see you as the pack leader.  It may take some time for him to feel secure in the new pack.  My friend wrote a book on this : here is the link:

Next, we can make a food change over - Use the old food and then mix this new food /  Make a 50/50 mix and do this for about 30 days - then change over to the new food:
Innova EVO or Wellness CORE /// Excellent and no junk fillers/
BE careful on treats... YOU may want to do the Innova EvO treats.
Innova and Wellness are found at most pet stores.

Next - give this kid some good supplements; helps with his Nervous system and complete body health.
Check it out here:

Use order code 81098/ they can't sell to the public without this code.
Worth the .50 cents per day..

Also, Put a bed or some kind a special mat under the desk.  Make this a nice / den for him ....put some toys or a kong filled with peanut butter-  Make this a very special den for him.

Let me know if any has helped.  Good nutrition is the key to an overall heath boy.  We have many Bostons taking supplements and good foods... It sure helps

I would love to keep in contact with you:  Please give me an update in about a month... Don't forget the supplements...they will make a world of difference
