Expert: Marie Peppers , Boston Terriers & NuVet Vitamins - 11/3/2009
Question I just noticed my 3 year old boston has a soft palate.....I mean, the roof of her mouth closest to her teeth i can press, it feels like no bone there...and the back is harder. Is this normal?
Answer Hi Heather, Next time you see the vet bring this up. I know the back of the palate is very soft.
As for near the teeth, I am unsure about this. You can also go to our Breeding and Whelping section, here at allexperts.com, they may be able to answer this question.
Look under DOGS: breeding and whelping experts.
BEST wishes
