I have an 11 month old boston and she still hasnt gone into heat, is this normal?

Answer
Yes Ronnie, they can be a late bloomer at 12 or even 13 months of age.  My little Maltese did not have her first season until 13 months.  So, give it a few more months and see what happens.
Some dogs bleed very little and swell only a small amount.  My Maltese is very good about cleaning herself and bleeding very little.  I had a Scottie dog did alot of bleeding and needed 1-2 pads per day.  Every dog is there own Person...(dog)
