my boston has been fixed over a year ago and did very well although just the other day he began licking where the testicle are is and it looks red although i dont know what it is suppose to look like. it seems to bother him. what could it be

Hi Kim - with the warm weather here it could be some Yeast...
You can try some Flora Force - 1 per day for 40 days - great to get rid of x-tra yeast in the gut and skin.
Also, could be allergy related - again, to the warm weather and the environment.

Baking SODA...**********

You can give him a baking soda bath - fill the tub 1/2 way and add 1/4 cup of pure baking soda...Pour the mix over his back and end area - then lightly rinse..
Do this for the next 2 days ( 1 x per day)
