My Maggie Sue is 10 months old. She has a bald spot on her left shoulder. I have taken her to  a vet and he did a scraping, said he couldnot see anything. he gave me Resi-cort to put on 3 times a week,which I have been doing. It has not did any good.
Some one told me this could be hereditary,  if so  is there any thing I can do.
Another thing she does not bark. She never even cried or whined when we first got.  She is not very energetic.

Sorry I probably ask to many questions. The main one is her BALD SPOT.

Cathy, Hi, Yes - the bald spots are common Boston problem...
I have had great luck with the following...

1.  give her 250 mg Vitamin C  ( just 1 per day - hide in food)
This is very safe for her to take   ( you can buy the kind for humans - same thing as the one made for pets)

2.  Give this baby 1/2 teaspoon of PURE olive oil per day - mixed into her food.

3.  HOW about some Activia yogurt - just 3-4 ounces per day for 2 weeks -  Van flavored is fine.
