Hi,

Could you tell me the basics of this beautiful country? (language, religion etc).  And also, how well could someone who speaks French & English get along here?  Thanks!

Hi Mel,
The official langauges are English and Setswana so you will get along just fine.  The main attractions are the Okavango Delta, the Kalahari Desert with its bushmen and the Chobe National Park.  I suggest you log on to lonelyplanet.com where they can give you plenty of information.  If you have the opportunity then go, its fantastic.  The infrastructure is good, its safe and the people are friendly.
