before i set off my question i really asking you to answer me fully because some experts don't do this and in this case the answer is very important to me. thank you
while i've been touring on his sites a couple of days ago i've found what's very likley his E-mail: info@davidbowie.com
i'll be very, very greatfull to you if you'll tell me if it is in your opinion his mail,and if so,what are the chances of me getting an answer.

I wish it was, but it ain't. Every site has an info@ address for people to write in their own questions etc.

but it was written contact him* via E-mail. at least explain me what they meant

It's the site they mean, not him personally. Maybe some of it is passed along to him if it is really interesting. But it's not to him personally, and, if it was, how many mails do you think he would have in his in box every day, too many for a single person to handle.
