hi,i'm very interested in david bowie because i think he's extremly interesting person. i'll probably be asking more question in the future but my first one would be. does david bowie gay or not?
thare are certainly rumors about this but it can also be not true because i know he's married.
can ypu please tell me if it's true? thanks!

Bowie's sex life has always been a confusing subject! He married Angela, his first wife, relatively young but continued to have an open relationship, both of them having semi-serious relationships with other people.  Bowie would have relationships with both men and women, as he and Angie would experiment.  He famously announced that he was gay in a magazine article in the early 70's, but this was a publicity stunt.  He has certainly slept with many men but this was simple drug-fueled experimentation.  He later turned around and admitted that he was completely straight, and that he'd pretty much used this "I'm gay" stunt to attract publicity in his early career.  He claimed to be a "closet heterosexual" all this time and he is now indeed married to Iman, as far as we can tell, extremely happily.  Great question...he answer is that he's NOT gay, but has in the past experimented.
