Question
hello i just started bowling about 3 months ago and bowl 3 times a week. i first started out bowling straight and then kinda adapted to the 2 fingers. i am now doing that but i come to relize its unreliable. i was wondering if there were any tips u could give me to make this a more reliable approach or what should i do?

thanks aj

Answer
If you are going to make the 2 finger release workable, you will need to concentrate on letting the ball roll off of your hand and not trying to over lift it.  Over lifting will cause you to over rotate and create a lot of spin, but very little roll.  Try to get the ball to roll off of your hand with the fingers in the 4 oclock position.  Plenty of power but with more control.

Good luck,
