Question
would be wise to enter a regional tournamet once i start
bowling 200 in the house league being 43 love to compete any level once i establish my self.

                                      thanks

Answer
I would start by bowling local tournaments to gain some experience.  This would include any sweepers, city tournaments, and state tournaments.  Nothing gets your more prepared than experience.  Tournament have a different feel and pace than leagues.  Lane conditions, especially in regionals, adds to the challenge.  If there are any PBA experience leauges or tournaments around, I would check those out.  If there is a PBA regional close to you, I would suggest you go watch and see how some of the best bowlers in the country play the lanes.  It can be an eye opener.

If possible, having a coach in your area work with you on lane play would be a great help to make that step.  Until the time comes, learn how to make spares.  I have seen, and done it myself, missing a spare can cost a check.

Good luck,
Chip
