thank you for getting back to me,i just started serious about 10 months ago just enter a league my average is 170 with a game high 226 with couple of more 200 i have thrown
in five weeks my rev rate not to sure or my tilt axis medium
speed i 14.5 mph not too much hook 10th board or straight 5th board never had any like a pro shop look at how i throw the ball but do keep my thumb at 10 o,clock thru my swing to the arrows sometimes i will hook quite a bit when th lanes are dry beacuse i play at 9.00 clock league not and it gets dry by nights end so i may need a ball that goes long and snap at the end to adjust late 2nd or third game i hope this helps.

If possible, it would be best to have the local pro shop watch you bowl.  They would be able to narrow down your ball choices and maybe even give you an extra tip or two.

As far as a ball choice goes, I would look at the mid level balls that are out there.  This would include the Brunswick Avalanche series, the Ebonite Clash/Bash, the Roto Grip Venus/Pluto, and the Storm Street rods.  Columbia has the Noize line and Hammer has the Vibe line.

Solid coverstocks will be a bit easier to control, while the pearls will give you more length and snap on the backend.  That equates to more power, but more issues with control.

For the really dry conditions you might need a Columbia Scout, Jazz or a Storm Tropical Storm.

If you cant get time to talk to your pro shop, try to find a bowler that bowls like you do and see what they use.
