Question
Helllo chip
I am right handed bowler with medium speed
about 14-15 mph as i start my approach to get
little extra speed i feel the ball is behind
me back of my heel should i begin sooner as i
bring the down befor i take my first step with
right foot or should stop using my four step
approach and go with a five step for better
          timing.

Answer
A five step approach will give you more momentum and that should help with some ball speed.
The best way to increase ball speed is to increase the length of your swing.  You can accomplish that by pushing the ball up slightly and let it drop into your swing.  That should increase the height of the swing and provide more speed.  Do not pull downward from the top of the swing though.......just let the ball provide the energy.

Good luck,
