Question
I want know is it ok to have your wrist locked thru the swing to turning or bracking wridt and rotate with both middle finger towards up palm or is there better way i dont like crank with with hand i want control the ball better.

Answer
Efrain,
Not sure what your question is here. I don't understand "turning or bracking wridt and rotate with both middle finger towards up palm". Please spell check your questions.

If you lock your wrist, you will tighten muscles in your wrist and arm. In my experience, locked muscled deliveries are hard to execute. Too many things can impact your delivery (stress, adrenalin, pressure) when you stiffen half your body to deliver a bowling ball.

The more relaxed and free your swing is, the easier it is to duplicate shots. Hope this helps. Thanks for the question.
