Question
Is there such thing as too much practice?

now i bowl at lest 4 games when i do bowl some times every day sometimes every couple days, with at least a 20+min break between every 2 games

but yesterday at our match my coach said she didn't put me in cause i practice to much, i have been bowling for a year now, and a couple months ago i broke my throwing had so now i am working on getting back

when i do bowl my range is 150-200 i have a 170 average right now

but is there really such thing as too much practice?

Answer
If you practice to the point you are fatigued, then it is too much.  Also, it depends on what kind of practice you are doing.  Bowling to just bowl is not beneficial.  You need a plan.  Maybe you can get with your coach to set up a practice shedule.

Good luck,
