Question
I talked to someone at my local pro shop & they didnt know how to help me but when I bowl after like the 3rd frame my forearm starts hurting its more of a sharpe pain & it gets hard to move it then my thumb starts twitching I dont know what to do plz help thank you

Answer
Randy,
I'm not a doctor and you may want to see one. Pain is something you don't want to mess with. If it hurts get seen.

Do you throw your own ball? How does it fit? What weight ball? Is your delivery a gravity utilizing natural swing or do you accelerate the ball back or forward in the swing? Are you an accomplished player or new to the game? Are you feeling the pain when attempting to get the  ball to hook (or hook more)?

Several things could be leading to your problem, but while we establish what your doing on a bowling lane, you may want to make sure your body's not injured and being re-injured whenever you attempt to bowl again.

Thanks for the question. Let me know what the doc says. Good luck.
