Question
Hi i am having a problem with my feet they are just to fast and when i try to slow them down it messes everything up so i don't know what to do
Another question is i have a high back swing and my coaches are telling me to lower it and when i try it messes me all up.
Thanks for your Time

Answer
If you cant slow down your feet,  you will need to get the ball started in your swing sooner.  This may mean you will have to get the ball started in a downward motion.
IT is all about getting the ball and your slide foot to the foul line closer together.  If you cant slow one down, then speed the other one up.

The backswing would need to be lowered only if you are pulling it up higher and not letting gravity do it.

Good luck,
Chip
