I'm trying to start up a proshop in the northern tip of the mit, and I really not sure where to go to find out good used drill presses and bits. or should I buy new?.is there special bits for balls other than carbide tip bits or what?. I'm planning on going to a class on ball drilling to up date me. I drilled my own balls and some other peoples balls when i worked in a proshop along time ago. but can you tell me a good way of starting a proshop and how to get contacts?
thank you much,
Chris

Answer
I would check with Dilaura Brothers, a bowling equipment wholesaler in MI, or some fo the other distributors.  They will have used equipment at times, and if not used, will have basic packages for start ups.

The classified ads in the Bowlers Journal and Bowling this Month may be of help as well.

Good luck,
