Question
how can i drill an x-blem tropical storm that has
2.14 top weight
the pin is almost a 12" pin
what options do i have

Answer
The best thing to do is find the point on the ball that is directly opposite the pin and mark it.  Use that as the pin to layout the ball.  It will work fine.
Just to be sure, once the new location is found, weight the ball.  It should be fine.
