Question
I have a gravity shift X-blem. It has the pin out 11 inches from the cg. The Key is 3 3/4 above the cg and between the cg and pin. any suggestions on how to drill this would be appreciated. Should I drill it off the cg? This will leave the pin on the bottom of the ball.

Answer
Find the spot on the ball that is on the opposite side of the ball from the pin.  Mark that and use that as the new pin and drill according to the layout you like on the Storm layout sheet.  This should make the Key stay on the thumb side of your grip.  The pin will still be on the bottom of the ball.  It may look strange, but it will work fine.  I have drilled several balls of this type and they have worked well.

Good luck,
