Bowling/Right ball?

Question
Hi,

I'm a 205 - 210 average bowler from the UK.  I bowl mainly a Complete NV, and a Columbia Action Max- both 16lb balls, with a straight spare ball.  I stroke the ball at about 16mph on medium lanes, with a dryish backend.  Both balls are starting to break down and I am coming to the states in March - being in Britain I don't know as much about the new balls around, but have been recommended to look at the Virtual Gravity or the Sauce.  The complete NV was a great ball for a while, but the Action Max has outlasted it.  Personally I'd like to try out the NVD, but relatively low prices for this ball are indicating that it is a potential poor ball.

Can you give me a recommendation for a ball in this list or outside?

Thanks

Answer
If I remember correctly, the NV series has been discontinued or is being phased out.  That would be a reason for the lower prices.

For the reaction you are looking for, and the fact you are coming to the states in March, I would suggest the Virtual Gravity.  It has a coverstock that is much easier to manipulate to get the best reaction for a particular style.  Very strong, controllable move with great hitting power.

Good luck,
Chip

What are you coming to the states for?
