The other day I noticed a small chip inside the thumb hole of my bowling ball. It doesn't pinch or cut me but I can feel it. I would like to know if there is anyway that this could be fixed without having the ball plugged and redrilled.

Have you tried a piece of tape?

A little dolop of plug should fill it in. But you'll need a shop to do it, not to many sources for ball plug. Sorry there is no quick and easy way to solve your problem.
